Job Purpose:

Secure a wide network of main lines & feeder operators to execute shipments in other ports outside the main owned & chartered vessels services.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Feeder Network:

• Negotiate and acquire the best slot rates in the market to reduce operational costs.
• Maintain contracts with suppliers.
• Negotiate credit terms and follow-up on payments from suppliers.
• Ensure the availability of reasonable credit for the company for following orders.

Reporting:

• Maintain database systems to track and analyze operational data.
• Keep track of feeder rates trends.
• Record feeder invoices/ settlement.
• Arrange monthly closure of actual reports demonstrating actual procurement performance and cost.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Transport/Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
