Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly volume and revenue targets.
 
- Achieve quarterly individual sales performance targets.
 
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers.
 
- Grow and maintain existing volumes.
 
- Acquiring new business through new/existing customers.
 
- Add leads to the individual sales funnel and converting to opportunities.
 
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in any B2B sales/ account management role (shipping and logistics is a plus).
 
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferably Logistics).
